Gatehouse
Upon arrival, your wedding guests will be welcomed by our rustic gatehouse, adorned with festoon lights and colorful bunting, setting a magical tone from the very beginning. The weathered, timeworn wood, framed by lush greenery and blooming hydrangeas, creates an inviting ambiance. It's easy to see why the gatehouse is a favorite among photographers! As guests pass through, they'll catch their first view of the farmhouse, with decorative signs guiding them through the beautifully maintained gardens that surround the property.
Farmhouse
You'll have exclusive access to our charming farmhouse for three days, accommodating up to 14 guests. Arrive the day before your wedding, giving you ample time to add personal touches to the marquee and rehearse your ceremony walk with the coordinator. You’ll also enjoy complimentary use of our styling and props shed. Relax knowing you and your loved ones can unwind onsite the night before, waking up refreshed right where your special day will unfold. With luxurious master bedrooms, both wedding parties can prepare in spacious, elegant comfort. The house is just a short 10-meter walk from the ceremony and marquee lawn, providing a convenient retreat for older guests or anyone needing a break during the day. Plus, it’s always fun to sneak a peek at your guests arriving from the farmhouse windows!
Ceremony
The garden path leads to a charming archway of foliage, guiding guests to our ceremony and marquee lawn. With panoramic countryside views, the lawn is situated directly opposite the farmhouse. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a refreshing drink, giving them time to take in the scenery, explore the grounds, and relax to a mellow pre-ceremony playlist. Should the weather turn, the marquee is available for shelter. At the appropriate moment, guests are invited to find their seats as the entry song signals the wedding party’s arrival. The wedding party emerges from the farmhouse, and the celebrant-led ceremony begins. Afterward, chilled alfresco drinks are served, lawn games are set up, and guests can enjoy the scenic surroundings. If canapés have been arranged, they will be served during this time
Marquee
Once your catering is ready, we invite all guests to take their seats in the marquee, which comfortably accommodates up to 120 seated guests. The marquee boasts a stunning 21-meter panoramic wall offering views of the countryside. It is elegantly adorned with ivory linings, drapes, and warm festoon lighting. We’ll provide rustic wooden trestle tables and limewash Chiavari chairs for your seating arrangements. A PA system will be available throughout the day for your ceremony and speeches. To keep the celebration lively, a fully licensed bar will be open, staffed by our friendly and dedicated team. The marquee also includes a parquet wooden dance floor with space for a DJ booth or live band. Please note that loud music is only permitted between 6 PM and 11 PM.
Bell Tents
Included in our flat-rate fee are three empty bell tents, guest bring their own air mattresses and bedding. There’s also space in the garden for up to five additional tents, accommodating up to 14 guests in the farmhouse and 16 camping. The bell tents and camping area are available for the day and night of the wedding, with all campers kindly asked to vacate by 11am the following morning.
