What’s included?
Parking Field: Field parking area, accommodating up to 40 cars. Guests are encouraged to carpool or opt for taxi drop-off and pickup. In the event of heavy rain, if the parking field becomes inaccessible, guests will be asked to park on the street and walk down the driveway. The driveway walk takes approximately 10 minutes.
Access to Our Black Book of Preferred Vendors: Benefit from our curated list of trusted third-party contractors, including DJs, bands, photographers and caterers.
25 Rustic Wooden Trestle Tables and 120 Limewash Chiavari Chairs: Elegant and charming furniture that complements the rustic setting.
No corkage during the day: You can opt to provide drinks, at no added charge from 1pm - 5pm.
Licensed Bar: Stocked bar that includes tap water, fridge, chest freezer and ice. The bar opens at 5 pm, with the option to open earlier upon request. You can opt to have a cash bar, pay for a period of time, or cover the full bar tab.

You’d provide
Drinks for the Day: We offer corkage-free drinks from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This means, you’d cover welcome drinks, after-ceremony refreshments, and marquee table drinks. Our fully licensed bar will open at 5:00 PM, with the option to open earlier if you prefer a full-day service.
Food Service: You’d provide the food, including all crockery and cutlery. Please note that all caterers should be able to operate off-grid. Site recce is essentially for any new contractors. It’s preferred that you use our go-to black book of contractors.
Table Glass: You’d provide all glass wear for the marquee table: toast, water, wine. All other drinks will be served in plastic biodegradable cups, which we will supply. No glass is allowed outside of the marquee.
PA System: We’ll provide a PA system and microphone for the ceremony and speeches. You’d secure a DJ or band for the afternoon/evening. Please see our go-to black book of recommended contractors. All music must conclude by 11:00 PM.
Wedding Cake: You’d handle all matters regarding the cake. Including the cutting, serving, plating etc. We have fridge that can fit a three tier cake (in the farmhouse).
