For catering and DJ we recommend using our preferred vendors, who are well-acquainted with the venue’s logistics. Vehicle access to the marquee lawn can be tricky, so it’s crucial that your caterer can handle these challenges.

If you choose to use a NEW external vendor, please ensure they arrange a site visit with our on-site team.

All outside contractors must be fully self-sufficient.

For catering, this means they’ll need to provide their own water, energy, and equipment, and they’re responsible for taking all waste with them.

You’ll also need to hire plates and cutlery, including items required for cake, desserts, and evening food. Your caterer can guide you through this. We personally recommend Abbey Catering for hiring equipment.

Additionally, you’ll need to hire glassware for the marquee tables: one glass per guest for water, wine, and the toast. Depending on your caterer, a generator may be necessary, so please coordinate with them.
